A last minute glance at the walls of Death of Vinyl record store before leaving informed me that DJ Fase is scheduled to join WeFunk's Professor Groove and DJ Rubyjane at Le Bleury on July 20.
Fast Food from DJ Format's A Right Earful (Volume 1) would also introduce me to DJ Fase and MC Abdominal.
I would learn the duo recorded the Flowtation Device album in 2001.
The A Good Day / Slow & Deliberate 12" vinyl was one of my best finds from a 2012 Toronto crate-digging mission and will be used on an upcoming Suite Delight episode.
DJ Fase represents what I aim to achieve as a DJ on and off-air so it should be no surprise news of his upcoming scheduled Montreal performance was indeed good to me.
