Laura White

I've always had a weakness for female singers with powerful voices. Laura White came into my life as an incredible and welcome surprise. I forget the steps I took to learn about her but I'm glad I found out about her. All I needed to see was Laura White: The Voice on the computer screen and my curiosity was peaked.

I chose to see a video clip of her singing Somebody Else's Guy on X-Factor and was literally blown away from the first note. The alarming thing is that she is young and looks nothing like Jocelyn Brown but has a voice comparable to Jocelyn Brown.

I watched another video clip where she sang Michael Jackson's You Are Not Alone and was surprised that she was subdued. I was expecting her to display her powerhouse vocals but she proved she had it under control. The look on the judge's face says it all. The judge watched in complete admiration and awe of White's talent.

I found out Laura's not winning X-Factor caused quite a stir in the United Kingdom. I hope she released a full length album.  I look forward to hearing it.

In the meantime, I'm trying to get as much Laura White music as I can.
